Cammo Tufnol Catapults
I make thes catapults out of 12mm Tufnol and finish them with a hard wearing matt camouflage coating. They are designed primarily for hunting and are fitted with double Theraband gold flat bands tapered from 25mm at the fork end to 15mm at the pouch end. The band length can be cut to suit different draw lengths which maximises available stretch and power.
I currently make to two designs; The Ambidextrous Hunter is a symetric frame that works well in a variety of grips and fits either hand as standard. The Asymmetric Hunter has a more ergonomic feel, with a off centre handle and thumb brace this frame becomes left/right specific when the bands are fitted.
